ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System - we are very proud to announce that we have been accredited by BSI after a rigorous and independent audit. Naturally we are delighted as it's confirmation of our quality systems - we believe this is a unique achievement for a firm of book-keepers in the UK.We're very pleased to advise that the ISO accreditation process really strengthened our company, our staff and our procedures - we are significantly better for it. It even improved our efficiency by rationalising some tasks. We are audited ongoing to check that we really do what we say we will do.
