HOME BASED<\/b>\u00a0Experienced\u00a0Xero Migration Support Assistant<\/b>\u00a0required for new and exciting role with BookCheck X Limited.<\/p>\n
Who are we?<\/b><\/p>\n
BookCheck X Limited is the sister company of BookCheck Limited, the market leading outsourced Bookkeeping with Management Accounts company established in 1994.<\/p>\n
At BookCheck X we focus purely on Xero migrations and consultancy-based work around finding appropriate add-ons for our clients.<\/p>\n
As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a part time XERO Migration and Add-on Support Assistant.<\/p>\n
The Role:<\/b><\/p>\n
Your role will be to assist the existing team with Xero migrations and researching the add-ons available in the Xero Marketplace. You will hold scoping sessions with clients to find out their exact requirements and then research options available, reporting back to the client with their available options.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will have huge scope for developing their knowledge and skill with Xero as all work is thoroughly checked by one of our seven qualified accountants.<\/p>\n
You will be working based from home via our Cloud server.<\/p>\n
Candidate specification:<\/b><\/p>\n
What you will need to bring with you:<\/b><\/p>\n\u2022 High level Xero skills. Xero accreditation desirable but not essential
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Sage
\n\u2022 Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience.
\n\u2022 A love of communicating with people and a curious mind
\n\u2022 An eagerness to learn and progress
\n\u2022 Fresh ideas
\n\u2022 Knowledge of what you do know, and what you don’t know!
\n\u2022 Some knowledge of Xero apps e.g. Dext, Hubdoc, Unleashed- desirable but not essential
\n\u2022 Excellent Excel skills to include confident use of lookups and pivot tables, Knowledge of Excel Power Queries would be a bonus
\n\u2022 Excellent written and spoken English\n
Personal attributes:<\/b><\/p>\n\u2022 Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines
\n\u2022 Diplomatic, discreet, polite and patient
\n\u2022 Punctual and reliable
\n\u2022 You will need to be self-motivated, professional and adaptable as you will be expected to work independently from home, as well as part of a team
\n\u2022 Good organisational and communication skills are a must
\n\u2022 You will need to have your own PC with a printer and a good broadband connection\n
