SERVICES PROVIDED

• Detailed payslips and a summary sheet for the accounting with departmental split

• P45 reports for leavers

• Maintenance of employees standing data such as tax details

• At the year end P35 and P14/60 reports for the Inland Revenue and the DSS

• BACS payments

SOFTWARE

We use Sage payroll, thoroughly reliable and maintained software, already totally millennium compliant.

FEES

Fixed charge per payroll run, weekly £10

Fixed charge per payroll run, monthly £20

Charge per person, weekly paid £1.50

Charge per person, monthly paid £2.00

Setup per person if not Sage £3.00

Setup per person if Sage Nil

Charge per new employee £3.00

Thus 8 staff paid weekly would cost £22 per week

8 staff paid monthly would cost £36 per month

This is based upon gross pay information being supplied to us. There is a minimum charge of £30 per month.
